Participant Cancellation policy: For cancellations made more than 30 days in advance of the clinic, a refund will be given less a $75.00 administration fee. For cancellations received more than 14 days prior to the clinic, a refund will be given less $150 administration fee. No refunds are possible for cancellations less than 14 days prior to the start of the clinic
